Kosovo with six competitors in the “European Senior Championships”, aiming for medals

Kosovo will participate with six competitors in the 2026 European Senior Championships, which will be held in Tbilisi, Georgia.

In the judo competition to be held from April 16 to 19, our country will be represented by: Erza Muminovic -48kg, Distria Krasniqi (-52kg), Fatjona Kasapi (-52kg), Laura Fazliu (-63kg), Akil Gjakova (-73kg) and Dardan Cena (-73kg).

The Kosovo team will be led by coaches Driton Kuka and Majlinda Kelmendi, the Kosovo Judo Federation announces, reports “Gazeta Express”.

This competition will bring together a total of 400 competitors, 227 men and 173 women, from 46 countries.

Tomorrow, Distria, Erza and Fatjona will compete, while on Friday it will be Laura, Akili and Dardan’s turn.
